It can feel so good to read or hear unexpectedly from those whose lives you’ve touched. The undelivered expectation of the same breathes life into my mother’s consistent reply to that dilemma, Virtue is its own reward. 

This blog will attempt to explore those times when we do or don’t receive hard earned accolades which were expected or unexpected.
